Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) Failed to Charge (Equipment Problem)

This Rapid charger in a remote area was showing as available on the CYC app, but when I got there it wouldn't accept either a smart card, or be started from the mobile app. I also phoned charge place scotland, and they couldn't start a session remotely either. It appeared to be having communication difficulties. The green lights on the unit itself were illuminated. (late morning, Friday 23rd Feb 2018)

Whole unit appeared to be powered down on 20/2/16. Lights off and no screen display. Luckily there is a T2 on the wall of the hotel and Tyndrum has teo rapids only five miles away.
