Successful charge at 6am on 31/12/15. No barriers or other difficulties. Near town amenities.

Reported that this unit is powered and the screen is active so *may* supply a charge. CYC thought that the emergency button had been pressed and so could need reset (pull back out again, press and hold silver stop button).
