Charge here often. Car be busy on a warm weekend, but never seen it ICE'd.

Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) Failed to Charge (Required Other Access Card/Fob etc.)

Despite several attempts with CYC card the machine always displayed "Invalid Youser". The same card worked fine 10 minster later at ecotricity pump. This appears to be a common theme on my visits to evolt rapid chargers. I have seen little improvement in the reliability of the network in 16 months of EV ownership. Very dissapointing.
