This charge point (formerly on Source East / Chargemaster) has been replaced with an evolt charger on Chargepoint Genie.
There was a car charging there already when I arrived, so I parked in the other space. Every time I presented my card, it tried to tell me to disconnect the other car despite there being another 7kw socket available.
One bay is reserved to e-car club, the other bay was also used by another e-car club vehicle, which supposedly is "homed" at Watford Town Hall car park, where there is no charge point. Charging had finished on both e-car club vehicles, but their cables were locked into the post, and even if they weren't, you'd have to park in a disabled bay for your cable to reach.
