I’ve been in to the Green label car park twice in the last 2 weeks and on both occasions the charge stations have been closed. They even have a notice on the ticket machine when entering the car park.
Having not charged on Sat 4th, was able to charge today. Very pleased. Easy to use. Staff helpful when call upon.
Looks like it's working, but on speaking to car park attendant, they haven't been working for a day or so. All set up to work and simple to use, bit disappointed, looking forward to using next time
On arrival 3 bays empty, 3 bays closed. Service wasn't operational. Called through to Queensgate Customer Services who were able to reset the system. On return to the vehicle later that afternoon somebody had removed our charging cable from the point, less than 20 mins into the charge! Result - not enough charge for the journey home, had to wait to recharge : / .. NOTE TO PROVIDER: as with the 'car end' and other charging stations, please update the hardware to lock the cable when in use!
Works fantastic! I'm a new EV owner and this is easy to operate and there are plenty of spaces.
