Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) Failed to Charge (Equipment Not Operational)

Tried to use type 2 charger on 19th and 20th March, have reported it to CYC. There appeared to be a step missing on the electronic instructions.

Important Notice (For Other Users) Failed to Charge (Equipment Not Operational)

Unable to get charge, unit looks operational until an RFID card is present, it then freezes and gives an unauthorised user error message

Used the Type 2 charger on 13 Sep 2014 without any problem. 240V @ 27A
