Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) Failed to Charge (Equipment Not Operational)

The charging unit had a very old notice on it saying it is out of order. The lady in the National Trust office said it has been broken for ages and she sees no prospect of it being mended!

Important Notice (For Other Users) Failed to Charge (Equipment Not Compatible)

The Nissan Leaf is charging well here, but we have a Renault Zoe. The point is not currently compatible with the Zoe.
