went through the motions, engaged contactor, no electricity delivered. reported to BP Chargemaster

Important Notice (For Other Users) Charging Spot In Use (Non-EV Parked)

Been there 10 times - every time both bays were jammed with badly parked non-EV cars. Really not worth the effort - go somewhere else go do your shopping. Fundamental planning error, the bays are too close to the store and they are too attractive to the lazy motorist/shopper.
