The engineer says that the unit should work if you have used your card on this unit before.

Unit has been down. Met Engineer who had just finished. The screen is still not working, but we did get a charge. However, there were problems authorising out card. It seems like the unit is still not fully fixed.

AC working fine but DC showing both connection lock and verification of isolation errors. CYC have contacted manufacturer for a fix.

Verification of isolation error. Probably related to weather (heavy rain). Haven't seen this error for a while but likely to resolve without intervention.

CHAdeMO handle mechanism broken. However, will still deliver a charge. Hold CHAdeMO in place whilst pressing start and it will lock.
