Have charged three times, though it is supposed to be a Rapid it only charged at 22kw

General Comment Charging Spot In Use (Non-EV Parked)

Please make sure you have a little extra battery if you use this charger. The rapids are ICE'd more often than not.

I can charge on this charger. It accepted my CYC card and I don't work for the council. Gates seem to be unlocked all day and I charged on the Chademo.
