Important Notice (For Other Users) Failed to Charge (Equipment Not Operational)

Rapid charger not working again. Was told it overheated and display indicates error of that nature. Only one side of PodPoint working and this is 7kW. West Way has a cable you can borrow. CALL BEFORE YOU GO!

Called today and way told Rapid charger is still not operational. Make sure you call before you go!

Used rapid charger on 26/06/2013 bay was empty, just had to pull up and ask at service desk for someone to bring out a card. Staff were very friendly and brought me a coffee while charging.
