Worked for me nov 2013. Tucked away in unlit part of car park. 24 hours available plug in midlands post. Close to shops and pubs etc.

Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) Failed to Charge (Equipment Problem)

Shuts down after 15-20 seconds. Trying to reach someone at Hereford Council who are responsible for maintenance of this charging point
