Important Notice (For Other Users) Charged Successfully

Charger is operational, but Fast Charger only at 33KW. be careful, I recharged for 20 mins at 33KW and I was charged my card 3 times the expected value. I got 11.5kwh and I payed for 33Kwh... impossible to speak with the customer service at the phone, tried more than 10 times to speak with an operator, unsuccesfully. They didn’t responded to email sofar. Very bad service, it’s a pity having a good infrastructure and being unable to manage customers...
