Engineer has visited and units are now working again after checking with Zap map.

app works successfully this morning for me after update on 30/11/2022 and associated issues post update

Users report problems with BP pulse Go! app. Telephone Support number if any problems starting a charge.

Charging instructions have been removed, hence no one knows how to use the app to charger sequence.

Watch out for the drain at Chargepoint BPU0006 It is waiting for you to drop something important in it! Located at the Front left corner of the road as you look at the Charger.

The email address is careline@bp.com. The more emails you send the faster improvements are made.

Chargenet had requested that BP display the Helpline Telephone Number on or near tonthe Chargepoints. So far six weeks later no progress, but we never lose hope and will request this again.

Correction CHAdeMO Power is upto 62.5 kWh not 50 kWh as previously stated..

failed to charge at BPU0006 BPU0007 issue reported to BP both chargers restarted by BP
