Had to use CYC app to start charge as RFID not recognised. Intermittent signal issues too as basement site. Persistence needed. Charged rapidly in the end.

Didn't have CYC card on me, app didn't work, phoned for a remote start. All good. Bays were nearly full. No iceing.
